CAR 1: Scene One 

Box One:

- Everyone in the car: *Listening to Party Rock*

Approaching Walmart buying party supplies

WALMART: Scene Two 

Box  Two:

DJ; Where do we park ?

Jordyn: THERE'S A PARKING SPOT RIGHT THERE IDIOT!

*Gets out of car and approaching Walmart entrance*

Nicole: Dj you are in charge of laundry, Jordyn you are in charge of groceries, and Pedro you in charge of pool supplies and I'm going to get first aid kit

Everyone : Alright

Jordyn: : Let's get this done quickly, I'm ready to go !

- Everyone Approaching Walmart 

(Nicole has a backpack, to hide killing tools)

 Box  Three:

Pedro: I hate y'all, y'all better be fast

Everyone goes their separate ways 

Box  Four: 

*Split Screen*

Dj - Looking killing materials

Jordyn - Looking for groceries 

Pedro - Looking for pool supplies 

Nicole- Looking for killing supplies 

Box  5:

Jordyn *In a text message* : "Where y'all at, how y'all ain't done yet"

Nicole calls Dj: We have to hurry up or they’re gonna be onto us 

Pedro *texts back*: I'm lost and I don't know where the pool supplies are 

Jordyn *In a text*: Y'all need to hurry up now ! 

Box  6:

*Everyone approaches the self checkout* 

Pedro: DJ, why do you need bleach

DJ *nervously answers*: I have a lot of whites that I may need to wash

*Everyone Laughs*

*Everyone continues to pay for their items*

Car Two: Scene Three 

Box  7:

*Everyone approaches the vehicle again and gets in the car* 

*Everyone talks amongst themselves/ on their phones*


*Jordyn turns on music*



Box  8:

*Driving to the Air BNB*

*Jordyn turns on the song, Tick tock”


Pedro's House: Scene Four 

Box  9:

*Arrives at the BNB*

*Pedro and DJ go ahead and start taking groceries out the car*

*Nicole and Jordyn, go in and check out the house*

Pedro: This is going to be a very fun weekend

DJ: Yes this is going to be really nice


Box  10:

*Jordyn and Nicole walk around the house and see which rooms they should take*

*DJ and Pedro follow the girls to look at the rooms* 

Jordyn: Nicole and I will take this room, you and Pedro can take the other one

Pedro and DJ: That’s cool 


Box  11:

*Jordyn and Nicole start to unpack their bags* 

*The rope from Nicole’s backpack falls out* 

Jordyn: Why do you have a rope?

*Nicole quickly shoves rope back into her bag* 

Nicole: Oh I don’t even know, I think my brother put it in there. 

Jordyn: Mhm, okay. Let’s get dressed and meet the boys outside 


Box  12:

*Everyone gets changed and heads out to the pool* 

*Jordyn stands up and goes inside to get everyone drinks*

Jordyn: I’m gonna get us some drinks

DJ: Oh no, I can do it, it’s okay. 

Jordyn: I’m already up, it's fine. 

DJ: Oh no I got it

Jordyn: Bro I got it chill *walks away angrily* 


Box  13:

*Jordyn is inside getting preparing drinks for everyone and sees DJ’s bleach on the counter*

Jordyn: Now why would he leave this up here? 

*Jordyn moves bleach from counter and proceeds to bring drinks outside* 


Box 14:

*Jordyn hands everyone their drinks but doesn’t tell DJ about the bleach*

Pedro: Yo Jordyn what is this? 

Jordyn: It’s juice?

Pedro: Can you get me more?

Jordyn: You have legs you can get it yourself

Pedro: Fine but come with me 

*Jordyn rolls her eyes and goes with Pedro* 


Box  15: 

*Nicole and DJ look back to make sure Pedro and Jordyn are gone and proceed to talk about the plan*

Nicole: I don’t know how I feel about this

DJ: Everything will be fine, we just have to go through with everything like we discussed. The plan is great.

Nicole: If you say so


Box  16:

*Jordyn and Pedro come out talking* 

*DJ and Nicole separate quickly* 

*Jordyn and Pedro see this and look at each other* 

Jordyn *whispers*: Bro do they like each other?

*Pedro shrugs shoulders* 

Pedro: Maybe 


Box  17:

*Jordyn and Pedro sit down at the side of the pool* 

*A few hours pass by*

Nicole: It’s getting kind of late, maybe we should start on dinner

Jordyn: Well who’s cooking?

*Everyone looks at DJ* 

DJ: Oh no, y'all are not gonna pin this on me 

*Everyone begs* 

*DJ looks at Nicole and she nods her head* 

DJ: Fine, whatever, I’ll do it


Box  18:

*DJ is cooking and the rest are watching TV*

*Nicole goes up to DJ* 

Nicole: How’s everything coming?

DJ: Good, this is gonna be great

*Nicole looks back at Jordyn and Pedro* 

Nicole: So when are you gonna do it?

DJ: Tonight after you and Jordyn go to bed

Nicole: Okay, don’t make too much noise to wake her up 

DJ: I got it bro, don’t stress me out ever more 

*Nicole shocked* 

Pedro: Yo, is dinner ready yet?


Box  19:

*Everyone at the dinner table laughing*

Jordyn: This was really good DJ 

DJ: Thanks kid

Jordyn: Alright I’m going to shower and go to bed. Good night. 

Everyone: Good night 

Nicole: I’m gonna wash the dishes

DJ: Thanks 


Box  20:

Nicole: Okay guys, good night 

Pedro & DJ: Night 

*Nicole texts DJ* 

Nicole: Hurry up and get it over with

*DJ looks at Nicole* 

*Pedro oblivious and still watching TV*

DJ: You wanna get a drink and sit by the pool?

Pedro: Sure

DJ: Oay, I’ll get the drinks and meet you out there


Box 21:

*DJ goes into kitchen to make drink* 

*DJ looks around to make sure no one was looking and pours bleach into cup* 

*DJ walks outside and hands drink to Pedro* 

Pedro: Thanks man, it’s a nice night out

*Pedro sips drink and coughs* 

Pedro: Dang what’d you put in this? Bleach?

*Pedro and DJ laugh out* 

*Pedro stares at DJ blankly, coughs, and falls into pool* 


Box 22:

*DJ walks back into the house to throw out both drinks to get rid of any evidence*

*DJ walks back out of the house*

DJ: This is about to be so much work

*Pulls body out of water and proceeds to hid him where he thinks no one can find him* 

DJ: Who told you to be this heavy man?!?!


Box  23:

*DJ went back inside to get rid of all of Pedro’s things*

*DJ brings Pedro’s things and dumps them with his body* 

*DJ goes back inside and goes to sleep* 


Box  24:

Jordyn: DJ wake up!

DJ: What? What happened? 

Jordyn: Where did Pedro go? He’s not answering his phone and all his stuff is gone. 

DJ: I don’t know, did you ask Nicole?

Jordyn: She doesn’t know where he went either. I’m gonna call him again. 

*Nicole walks into DJ’s room and they both look at each other* 


Box  25:

*Jordyn walks frantically around the house* 

Jordyn talking to Pedro’s voicemail: If you don’t call me back I’m calling the police!

*Nicole and DJ get scared and run down the stairs* 

Nicole: I don’t think that's necessary

DJ: Yea, no you don’t need to do that 

Jordyn: Why not? He’s obviously missing!!1

DJ: His mom probably called him and said he had to go home. You know how crazy his mom is. 

Jordyn: Maybe you’re right. 

Nicole: Exactly so let’s just calm down

*Jordyn storms off into her room* 


Box  26: 

*Nicole freaking out to DJ* 

Nicole: What did you do with the body? Did he touch anything? Did you wear gloves?

DJ: Nicole everything is fine. No one's gonna know anything happened 

*Jordyn starts walking down the stairs* 

*Nicole and DJ get quiet* 

Jordyn: Y’all good?

Nicole & DJ: Yup 

Jordyn: Mmm, I’m just gonna chill outside


Box  27:

DJ: No one's gonna find the body, we'll be fine. You just need to get on with offing her now. 

*DJ gets crazy eyes and looks at Jordyn*

Nicole: I’ll get to it soon enough

*Nicole goes upstairs to get the rope*


Box  28:

*Nicole comes back downstairs with rope hidden and goes outside with Jordyn* 

*Jordyn looks back at Nicole* 

Jordyn: I’m worried about Pedro, I'm gonna call him again. 

Nicole: I really don't think that’s necessary 

*Jordyn shrugs shoulders and walks off on the phone* 


Box  29: 

*Jordyn screams* 

*Nicole runs to Jordyn* 

Nicole: What happened???

Jordyn: IT’S PEDRO! HIS BODY! HE’S DEAD

*Nicole starts crying*

Nicole: I’m sorry 

*Nicole starts strangling Jordyn*


Box  30: 

*Jordyn struggles and drops next to Pedro’s body* 

*DJ comes outside*

Nicole: Why would you make me do that? 

DJ: Stop crying, pick her up. 

*Jordyn’s phone rings - showing the director*

As seen in the last blog, you know that my team and I were unable to film. We were unable to film because Pedro didn't feel well so we just cancelled the entire day. Since we cancelled everything there wasn't much for us to do so we waiting until we got back to school. Today we were able to meet back up in class to talk about what we needed to do. In class we talked about why we cancelled since Pedro didn't tell me why and what we did during that day. Since we have a long period we took a break in between to do other things. Once we realized the time, we decided to talk about the upcoming plans for our film. The part that takes us the most to come up with is the date. Since Nicole and I have jobs we have to coordinate our schedule, especially our weekend schedule since we are usually jam-packed. Gente Research (Comedy)

     My group and I are also researching comedy. As much as we want action, we also need to laugh. A comedy would also be a lot easier for us since we can just be ourselves. Comedy movies have a lot of close- ups, pans, long shots, and zooms. Close ups allow you to lead your audience into a more intimate setting. You can literally bring your audience closer to the action. And it emphasizes the importance of what we see. But as the push continues, it all breaks, letting viewers know they're watching a comedy movie.Long shots  give an overall context to the scene and usually lets viewers know that what we’re seeing right now isn’t the whole picture... until it zooms all the way out. Static shots, or stand still shots, build suspense. In comedy movies it allows room for the characters to correct themselves or something, Almost like a "wait for it" moment. Research Blog for Music Video

My partner and I are making our music video on “Let Me Love you” by Mario. Usually in R&B songs like this one, the audience would see a storyline. The audience sees the conflict or whatever is happening in the story and the singer trying to get the main character's attention or singing to the main character, unless they are the main character.   In R&B videos, the singer, if it's a male, is usually seen wearing baggy jeans and baggy tee shirts. It's a casual outfit that was very popular in 2000's fashion. In R&B videos, the  women tend to wear basic 2000's fashion, jeans and crop tops, button ups, berets, off the shoulder shirts, and others, all paired with denim, since denim was so popular back then.   The lighting varies in videos, but it depends on the vibe and scenery of the video. Most videos have dim lighting, but some scenes have bright and direct lighting. Other videos can be completely bright or dim, it all depends on the mood.  The ac...
