 Today in class, my team and I edited the first part of our film. Damaine was the one who had all of the scenes on his phone so all the editing was done on his computer. He first airdropped all of the scenes to his computer and we started the editing process. My team and I watched over Damaine as he started editing  the beginning of our film. After that, we cut out any unnecessary film to make sure we did not exceed our limit of time. Most of the cut out included mess up, accidental overtime in filming, and some bloopers that may have been caught in the end. During this time we realized we still did not have a title for our film. Damaine was really feeling a title that included summer in it. The rest of us weren't really feeling that so we tried our hardest to steer him away from it. We kept throwing around ideas until we came up with, "The House." We thought this was perfect because most if not all of the film took place in a house where everything happened. Of course Da

 Today my team and I were able to get the rest of the scenes needed for or film. Since the weather was nice, we decided this would be a perfect time to film the rest of our scenes. All of the scenes needed were filmed at Pedro's house, in his backyard. This was our second day of filming, so this required us to wear the same clothes we did on the first day as to make it more believable. We used pictures of the storyboard I had on my phone as reference as to what scenes we needed to shoot and where. We also used Nicole's phone to see the script as we went along. When actually acting in the scenes, the characters lines were not always 100% correct but they were close enough to it so there was not much of a problem. All of the scenes were shot on Damaine's phone. Many of these included a couple of the bloopers which were very funny. If some scenes needed all four of us to be in it, Pedro's sister was able to help us and shoot those scenes. My team and I tried our best to us

 Today, my group and I filmed the first part of our film. We were only able to shoot certain scenes because we ended up getting rained out and couldn't do the scenes that required us to be outside. The scenes we were able to do were the car scenes, target scenes, and any scenes that involved us being inside the house. Today was a half day at school so we were able to leave school early which meant we could also start filming early. We all met at Damaine's car where he took us to get chic-fil-a. Rather than going to eat at Pedro's house we ate in the car so we could do the car scenes at the same time and not have to do them on a later date. After we finished eating we tried to find a Wal-Mart that was near us. We could not find any in our proximity so we decided to opted for Target which was much closer. When we got to Target we tried to find someone that would record us walking in. Everyone seemed to be in a rush and would not film for us until we found two lovely ladies wh

      It's a very upsetting time. On Sunday, my group and I had a plan to film the first section of our final film. A little issue we had was that Damaine had some unexpected plans come up. Damaine was unable to film with us because he had a last minute dinner come up that it was crucial for him to attend. He told us this last minute which was not great for us but it was fine. The rest of my group mates and I just had to make a change of plans which was fine. The plans we made were that we would all leave school together on the upcoming Thursday that was a half day and all go to Pedro's house. We would all get something to eat after school and head to Pedros house where we would eat and film after. My group and I also planned to hopefully film everything in one day. This may not be possible so we have also set aside Saturday the 19th to film again during the evening. Since we did not film this past Sunday, my group and I went our separate ways.  Today, my group and I decided that we should contact artists for the rights to their music. We first figured out which songs we were using and then tried to email them. We searched all over the internet to find any contact information possible but there was nothing there. Damaine then decided that this would be the time to ask the teacher for help. When he came back to us with information he said the she told her to direct message them on instagram and if they did not get back to us we would have to use royalty free music. Damaine also informed us that his cousin makes music, so if we ever need anything we could just contact him. We went on a whim and contacted two artists, Kesha and Redfoo. Nicole and I were the ones that actually sent the messages while Pedro and Damaine helped us with what we were going to say.  Today, my group and I talked about the days we would film our last film. Since Nicole, DJ, and I all have job, we have to coordinate our filming days with our work schedules. We are all very dedicated to this film so we have all agreed that if it is necessary we will take the day off of work and meet up to film. During class, I had my work calendar open and Nicole had the regular calendar open so we could see all the days of the month. DJ has a band tournament on some weekends and Nicole has to go to a concert which is a conflict in our plans. We are a good group that works together so we are able to work around this problem. We came to the decision that we would film on the 13th and 19th of March. If any other days are needed to film, we have all agreed to leave straight from school and go film. Since we are filming at Pedro's house. Pedro has to make sure it's good with his parents and get back to us. If we are unable to film at Pedro's house, we have a backup plan to fi
