AICE Media Studies

   Pitch 1: Four friends on a vacation trip, friend that plans the trip also plans to kill everyone attending.  We would be able to do this movie because we already have a planned idea of where we can shoot our scenes and how everything would be set up. My group and I are familiar with movies with this kind of plot so we know how everything would play out. Some problems we would have with this movie is meeting up together at this location since we do not all live near it and because of our schedules outside of school. A second problem would be Florida weather, since some of our scenes are outdoors. It's a new year and we have a new group! This year my group consists of Nicole Tarantino and Pedro Ribeiro. Last we worked together but we had another team member. That member was Damaine, and he is not working with us this year because he is taking all of his classes at BC this year. Nicole and I still both have jobs, working at the same places. Pedro still does not have a job but he does have a car! Nicole also has a car, but I do not. So we now have two modes of transportation when last year we only had one and that was Damaine. We are very excited to work with each other again because we worked very well together last year and wanted to do that again. We will be making this class our priority because Pedro needs this class to get his AICE diploma and we are all rooting for him. We don't know what we want to do for our new movie yet but we plan on spending a lot of time working on it and thinking about it.    Hi again! We're back for another year in A level Media! My name is Jordyn Jackson and I attend Fort Lauderdale High School where I take AICE Media Studies. In the beginning I was very skeptical, I didn't know what I was getting myself into and felt like everything was going bad. Sometimes I still don't know what I'm getting myself into but those are the chances you take with AICE classes. During my time in this class I've learned so much that can help me in the future if I ever to plan on going into the film industry. It's a very complex class, with many things you have to remember, but if you do your job throughout the year you won't have a problem. Even though I do have a job, I plan to make everything work so I am able to put my all into this last film. It may be complicated and time consuming with other things I have on my plate at the moment, but I plan on making everything work so this can be the best film.
